Idea to product
We turn your idea into a working product.
The sentence we hear most: "I have an idea and I want to see a prototype of it." We add our expertise and market research to the idea and turn it into a clickable prototype in days. If it holds up, we take it to a working product. If not, we say so in writing.
Four steps
15 minutes, free
Idea call
We listen to the idea and ask three questions: which decision does it automate, who will pay for it, and how is this work done today.
3 working days
X-ray: market check and prototype
Similar products, competitors, price bands and what the buyer does today, all in writing, with a clickable prototype on top. The output is a scope, a fixed price and a clear decision, including "do not build it" when that is the answer.
3 to 8 weeks depending on scope
Build: a working product
We finish the prototype into a product: data model, sign-in, payment, reporting, error states. At handover the source code and the documentation are yours.
Part of the build contract
Maintenance
Once the product is live: hosting, monitoring, fixes and a one-page monthly report. We do not sell a Build without Maintenance. A product without maintenance soon stops working, and we do not want our name on it.
The X-ray fee is credited in full against the Build. If the idea does not hold up, what the X-ray produced still stays with you: the market note, the prototype and the written reasoning.
What we add to the idea
Expertise
We read processes from the business side: SAP FI consulting, export operations. We turn the decision inside an idea into a rule: which input, which threshold, which output.
Market research
Entrida is that work itself: a five-pillar, rule-based score for entering the United Kingdom market. We test your idea with the same discipline: who, why, and at what price.
Speed
A prototype in days, a product in weeks. The speed comes from the method and from AI-assisted development, the quality from reviewing every line.
Which ideas fit
Ideas that come out of your own field: taking a decision that sits in an expert's head and turning it into a tool. That is how Entrida started, and the readiness check on this site as well.
The first assessment a consultant redoes from scratch for every client
The spreadsheet and the rules a dealer or a salesperson looks at while preparing a quote
An industry's "am I ready, am I eligible" question
The report that is produced by hand and comes out different every time
Before we start
Who buys the idea becomes clear through the written market check in the X-ray. Ideas with an unclear buyer get tested before any prototype.
Fixed scope, fixed price. Partnership and equity are a separate conversation.
The domain expert who turns the decision into a rule stays on your side. The product applies that judgement.
Illustrative view
We did this for our own product first
Entrida began as an idea: an answer to "should I expand to the United Kingdom" that does not change from one consultant to the next. The market research, five-pillar score and automated report were built here by one person, from design to pricing. The readiness check on this site is the pattern's second run, and the company took its name from that product.

There is no separate price list: an idea goes through the same three steps. The X-ray fee is credited against the Build. The Build tier (S, M or L) is written as a single figure at the end of the X-ray.

Let's talk about the idea
Write the idea in two sentences in the booking note: what it does and who uses it. The first call is 15 minutes and free.
