ABOUT

We turn expert judgement into working systems.

Most consultants can read a process but cannot build the software. Most engineers can build the software but cannot read the process. Entrida Teknoloji keeps both at the same table; the projects below are the record.

UK market-entry assessment for Turkish SMEs.

METHOD

The same pattern, built again and again

  • A consultant reads the process but cannot build the software.
  • An engineer builds the software but cannot read the process.

The method is the same every time: take a messy domain, turn the expert's judgement into deterministic rules, and produce an output that can be defended. At Entrida the decision was "should we enter the UK market"; at haberler.com "is this event news". All of them return the same answer to the same input, every time, and can show why. That is not a coincidence — it is a repeatable method, and it can be seen in working products rather than claimed in a sentence.

Four projects

WORK

Each one is told in the same order: what was broken, how the decision became a rule, what shipped.

01

Entrida

  • OUR OWN PRODUCT
  • Founder, solo — product design, data model, interface, pricing

A B2B platform that cuts UK market-entry assessment for Turkish SMEs from weeks to minutes.

What was broken
The answer to "should we enter the UK market" lives in a consultant's head. Ask two consultants and you get two answers, and neither can show you the reasoning.
How the decision became a rule
We turned that judgement into a five-pillar deterministic scoring engine. The same input always returns the same score, and the report states which pillar each point came from.
What shipped
  • Five-pillar deterministic scoring engine
  • Live data layer
  • Automated report generation
  • End to end by one person, from product design to pricing
02

Makaristan

A quote and document generation line.

What was broken
The same product and price data was typed twice: once into the quote, once into its attachments. Every drift between the two copies surfaced later, at the customer.
How the decision became a rule
We consolidated the data into a single record; the quote and its attachments are now generated from it. The second typing step left the process, so the two copies can no longer disagree.
What shipped
  • Quotes and attachments generated from one record
  • Duplicate data entry removed from the process
03

haberler.com

  • CLIENT WORK
  • Process analysis, agent design, build

An agent that catches breaking events around the clock and produces publish-ready content.

What was broken
Breaking news was tracked by hand day and night, and every event was written up from scratch. Many sources, fast events, a small team.
How the decision became a rule
We built a scheduled agent that continuously scans sources such as Anadolu Agency. When an event is caught, a publish-ready draft is generated; the publishing decision stays with the team.
What shipped
  • A scheduled agent scanning sources around the clock
  • Publish-ready content generated from the event
  • Manual tracking and writing from scratch removed from the process
04

International education consultancy

  • CLIENT WORK — NAME WITHHELD
  • Process analysis, agent design, internal dashboard

Lead qualification and document requests handed to agents, with an internal dashboard for the team.

What was broken
Sorting incoming leads and requesting paperwork from each of them was done by hand.
How the decision became a rule
We handed lead identification and document requests to agents, and built an internal dashboard that shows the team the state of every case in one place.
What shipped
  • Lead identification agent
  • Document request flow
  • Internal dashboard for the team

PRINCIPLES

How we work

The same four principles on every build; they protect both sides.

  • We build with someone inside who will own the system; an unowned system gets abandoned.
  • One process at a time: finish one, then move to the next.
  • We do not sell hours; fixed scope, fixed price, written delivery.
  • We do not write a number we do not know; neither do the tools we build.
Murat Seyit

FOUNDER

Where we come from

Murat Seyit founded the company: economics, an MSc in project management, SAP FI consulting and export operations. A founder who reads processes from the business side, and specialists who join per project. Most automation projects fail because the process was misunderstood, not for technical reasons; that view is the most useful thing we bring to a build.

  • BA Economics — İstanbul Bilgi University
  • MSc Project Management — University of Kent
  • SAP FI consulting and export operations
